HOW DO I KNOW YOUR CLUB IS TRUSTWORTHY?

Our club has been operational since April 2001, providing more than 2 years of excellent service to our members. We never had one single complaint from our members. In case you have still have doubt, check us out with the Better Business Bureau. At Metron Club, our word is our commitment.

WHAT IS THE REQUIREMENT IN JOINING THE CLUB?

You must be at least 18 years of age, have a vehicle which is within 10 years of age, that is licensed in the province of British Columbia, have valid insurance, the odometer reading should be less than 165,900 KMS. Before joining the club you will need to do a vehicle inspection.

WHAT IS THIS VEHICLE INSPECTION BEFORE JOINING THE CLUB?

The vehicle inspection is aimed to pinpoint whatever current problem you might have with your vehicle. Just like buying life insurance, you need to have a health inspection before the insurance company accept your business. We will inform you immediately after the inspection any existing problem with your vehicle. You will have the option to either chooses to fix the problem or decline to fix it.

WHAT HAPPEN IF I DECLINE TO FIX ANY EXISITING PROBLEM?

You are not required to fix any existing problem, however you are required to sign a waiver stating that Metron Club will not be liable to fix the existing problem and any side effects that cause by such problem in the future.

CAN I GET A SECOND OPINION IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE INSPECTION?

Of course you can. We accept vehicle inspection report issued by BCAA if the potential member so chooses. However, the potential member is required to pay the inspection fee to BCAA and submit the report to us.

ARE THERE ANY VEHICLES THAT IS NOT ALLOWED BY THE CLUB?

There are. We do not accept exotic (for example Porsche, Ferrari ... etc) or commercial vehicles (Truck, delivery vehicles). Members who own Jaguars or Audis are required to pay an additional 50% surcharge also.

HOW OFTEN AM I REQUIRED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO METRON CLUB FOR SERVICE?

Once you have joined as our member you are required to take your vehicle to Metron Club every 4 months or 5,000kms for service, whichever comes first. Your vehicle's odometer reading will be updated in our system every time you bring your vehicle in for service. The service normally lasts for ? day, which gives us sufficient time to thoroughly check you car and perform any repair or maintenance services.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT METRON CLUB HAS DONE TO MY CAR EVERYTIME I BRING MY CAR IN?

Since January 1, 2002 as we have updated our system you will have a computer work order printout for services performed in our company. You will have that as a record of receipt.
